We are honored to be your trusted ally in health dedicated to serving our community with compassion and excellence.Job Summary and ResponsibilitiesAs our Clinic Manager you will be a visionary leader setting the standard for exceptional patient care and empowering our teams to achieve unparalleled clinical excellence.Every day you will inspire and lead a dedicated clinical team (nurses & aides) to prioritize patient needs maintaining rigorous oversight of regulatory compliance staffing and fiscal health. Youll passionately advocate for your team translating their insights into actionable strategies that uplift both staff and patient experiences.To thrive in this pivotal role you will embody confident leadership master tough conversations with grace and excel as an educator at heart. Your exceptional communication will transform every interaction into a powerful opportunity to elevate understanding and drive our shared mission for superior patient outcomes.Manage clinic staff on day-to-day operations.Coordinate clinic operations and activities to ensure proficiency and quality service is delivered within all sections of the clinic; ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.Responsible for employee performance management by completing performance appraisals and setting individual goals as outlined in policies and procedures.Effectively lead and develop a team of employees including hiring training and development salary recommendations etc.Prepare recommend and monitor clinic budget goals and objectives taking into consideration input from clinic staff.Participate in the planning and development of policies and procedures as well as clinic-specific procedures and programs.Job RequirementsRequiredHigh School Graduate General Studies and 4 year practice management or practice administrator experience upon hire orHigh School GED General Studies and 4 year practice management or practice administrator experience upon hire and4 year supervisory-level experiencePreferredAssociates Other Healthcare or related field upon hire andElectronic Medical Record experienceRequired Experience:Manager Key Skills Practice Management,Veterinary Experience,Enterprise Architecture,Office Manager Experience,Enterprise Software,Healthcare Management,IaaS,TOGAF,Medical office experience,Conflict Management,COBIT,Customer relationship management Employment Type : Unclear Experience: years Vacancy: 1
