WE ARE SEEKING A SURVEY FIELD TECHNICIAN TO BE BASED OUT OF OUR DOYLESTOWN, PA OFFICE As the Survey Field Technician, you will gather mapping features, topographic information and evidence of boundary locations under the direction of a licensed land surveyor as defined by the state(s) in which SAS practices. You will visit sites to take measurements of the land and report findings to the office staff for data compilation and mapping.RESPONSIBILITIES Perform assigned tasks with minimal oversight as well as interacting with clients in a professional and courteous manner.Be adaptable to emerging technologies.Must be “team minded” with the ability to take direction from others and adapt to our standards and procedures.Must be comfortable working outdoors for long periods of time and be able to physically perform work of this nature.Must execute work as directed and meet project goals.Must meet company and client standards.Maintain equipment assigned to you in a safe, clean, and secure manner.Direct and mentor junior staffPrepare company required paperwork daily.Be safety minded in all aspects of work.Participate in and or lead safety discussions and briefings.*The company reserves the right to add or change duties at any time.
