If you have a passion for creating meals that wow, we want to hear from you.Responsibilities:Create menus according to season and customer researchSet up the kitchen with necessary tools and equipmentPrepare food and present it in an appealing mannerSupervise and delegate tasks to other team membersMaintain appropriate levels of inventory and restock when necessaryFollow all food safety regulationsQualifications:Previous experience as a sushi chef or cookCertification from culinary school preferredServeSafe or Food Handlers CertificationAdvanced knowledge of culinary techniques, specifically in regard to sushi preparation and recipesAbility to remain calm and thrive under pressureExcellent time management skillsStrong leadership skills
