If you're passionate about quality, consistency, and creating memorable guest experiences, this is the perfect role for you.Position OverviewThe Sushi Chef is responsible for preparing sushi rolls, nigiri, sashimi, and specialty items while upholding Trapper's standards for quality, presentation, and food safety.
