Job DescriptionJob DescriptionBenefits:Employee discountsOpportunity for advancementTraining & development Moro's Table, Auburn's premier fine dining restaurant, is looking to hire a Sushi Cook to join our team.Ideal Sushi Cook candidates will have some Sushi Cook experience and the ability to roll and plate sushi to order in a fast-paced setting. This candidate should be able to make tight, precise rolls, portion and slice fish, and cook and season sushi rice to our standard. This position also requires opening oysters to order, plating and making desserts and some salads. A Sushi Cook must be able to follow house recipes and prep the menu items for service. Being able to make sauces is preferred, but not a must; we will train this candidate on how we like them done.
