This role is responsible for the development and effectiveness of Wintrusts resiliency program. The resiliency programs goal is to develop and maintain the organizations ability to withstand and rapidly recover from this capacity you will support multiple critical risk domains including Information Security Identity & Access Management Corporate (Physical) Security and Enterprise Fraud under a unified resiliency program. You will develop and execute an enterprise-wide security and resiliency strategy that safeguards sensitive data facilities and financial operations while maintaining compliance with industry regulations frameworks and standards (such as NIST CSF FFIEC and SOX). This position reports directly to the CSO and collaborates with cross-functional leaders to foster a culture of security business continuity and proactive risk management across the organization.What Youll DoDevelop maintain and test the organizations Business Continuity plans to ensure resiliency against disruptions via risk assessments and business impact analysis to identify critical functions and recovery prioritiesDesign and execute independent testing and validation across the security and fraud controls to proactively identify gaps control weaknesses and emerging risksDevelop and maintain a comprehensive metrics and reporting framework to measure the effectiveness of security and fraud functions and defining KRIs KPIs and operational metrics with thresholds aligned with the teams objectives and regulatory expectationsServe as the primary liaison with internal audit external auditors and regulatory agencies on matters relating to the security and fraud functionsBuild and maintain policies and standards across all of information security fraud corporate security and resilience bringing consistent structure and governanceDrive a culture of compliance and readiness through continuous improvement training and strong control practicesFoster the development and maturation of partnerships with key external partners and working groups within the financial services industry including business leadership information technology industry peers and vendor partnershipsQualificationsIn-depth knowledge of security and fraud frameworks and regulatory guidanceProven leadership communication and program development skillsStrong strategic planning risk assessment and problem-solving skillsBroad understanding of security technologies frameworks access management governance SOC operations and fraud management proceduresExperience with control validation testing resiliency business continuity and disaster recovery planningBenefitsMedical Insurance Dental Vision Life insurance Accidental death and dismemberment Short-term and long-term Disability Insurance Parental Leave Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Traditional and Roth 401(k) with company match Flexible Spending Account (FSA) Employee Stock Purchase Plan at 5% discount Critical Illness Insurance Accident Insurance Transportation and Commuting Benefits Banking Benefits Pet InsuranceCompensationThe estimated salary range for this role is $169000.00 - $228000.00 along with eligibility to earn an annual bonus.
