Job DescriptionJob DescriptionThe Swab Rig Operator will be maintaining or increasing the production of a gas or oil well by removing fluids and materials.About us: Kimble Company is locally owned and operated by the Kimble Family, with over 70 years of experience in the energy, materials, recycling, and solid waste industries. At Kimble we strive for perfection in everything that we do.Minimum Qualifications:Valid Class A CDL driver's licenseAbility to operate truck with a manual transmissionAt least 21 years of ageMinimum of 2 years CDL truck driving experiencePrevious experience operating a service rigMust be physically fit and able to climb and work at heightsAbility to work outside in all types of weatherAbility to lift in excess of 75lbsMust be able to successfully pass pre-employment drug screen, background, and motor vehicle records checkAbility to perform physical requirements of the position with or without reasonable accommodationsResponsibilities and Duties:Operate swabbing equipment to remove fluids from wellboresMonitor and maintain the operation of the swabbing unitAssist with the installation and removal of swabbing units as neededCollect and document data related to the well/location and equipment performanceDrive to and from various work locationsPick up and lay down lubricatorLoad and off-load materials from the truck to the rigRoutine maintenance of assigned rig and equipmentOperate company vehicles in a safe manner in compliance with OSHA and DOT requirements, all local, state and federal laws and Kimble policies.Perform pre-and post-trip inspection of the vehicle, and document/report any mechanical or safety issues to supervisors.Safely maneuver vehicle in residential and commercial environments and navigate high traffic areas.Immediately notifies Supervisor of accidents, injuries, or property damageMaintains and updates route sheets and driver logsAttend scheduled safety meetings, information sessions, and trainings.Benefits:401(k) retirement plan with matchComprehensive medical benefits coverage, dental plans and vision coverage.Employee assistance program (EAP)Health care and dependent care spending accounts (FSA)Life insurance and accidental death & dismemberment insurance.Paid time offReferral programEmployee Discount ProgramSchedule: Day shift | Monday to Friday | Overtime | Weekends as needed
