Job DescriptionJob DescriptionPart-time | $23–$28/hr | (Aliso Viejo, Irvine, Laguna Hills, Lake Forest, Mission Viejo, Rancho Santa Margarita)Do you love working with kids — babysitting, helping at school, or volunteering with little ones? If so, you already have the skills to make a real difference in a child’s life — and we’ll teach you the rest!At Autism Learning Partners and Children’s Learning Connection, we work with children with autism to help them grow, learn, and thrive through play-based teaching. We provide full, paid training — no prior experience in ABA needed!What You’ll DoHelp Kids Learn Through Play: Teach children new skills like communication, sharing, or following directions — often through fun games or activities.Be a Positive Role Model: Encourage progress and celebrate small victories every day.Stay Active: You’ll be moving around, playing, and engaging throughout your sessions.Keep Things Organized: Track what you worked on and how your kiddo did (we’ll train you on this too).Support Families: Be part of a team that helps families see real progress and hope.Schedule & Pay$23–$28/hr + extra pay for evenings/weekends and bilingual skills (English/Spanish/Vietnamese)Hours: 4-5 weekdays Monday - Friday from 3:30pm to 8pm (Part-time).
