Our culture is built on integrity collaboration and a relentless commitment to putting clients first.Position OverviewSymmetry Partners is seeking a motivated and results-oriented External Sales Consultant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial services demonstrated sales success and a passion for building and maintaining long-term client relationships. This individual will play a key role in driving new business supporting company growth objectives and representing Symmetry Partners as a trusted resource for advisors.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and pursue new business opportunities through networking referrals and market outreach.Convert qualified leads to new clients and increase assets under management (AUM).Present and explain Symmetry Partners full suite of investment and advisory solutions including:Model PortfoliosTax-Loss Harvesting SolutionsMutual Funds & ETFsSeparately Managed Accounts (SMAs)Technology and Practice Management SolutionsBuild and nurture strong relationships with clients prospects and industry partners.Collaborate with Marketing to develop targeted sales campaigns and materials.Track and analyze key sales metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.Stay informed on industry trends competitor offerings and regulatory changes.Represent Symmetry Partners at conferences client meetings and industry events.QualificationsBachelors degree required preferably in Business Finance or a related field.Series 7 and 65 licenses required57 years of sales experience in the financial services industry.Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals with a client-first approach.Strong understanding of investment products and wealth management solutions.Excellent communication presentation and relationship management skills.Entrepreneurial mindset self-starter and collaborative team player.Willingness to travel up to 50%.Proficiency in Salesforce HubSpot and Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with platforms such as Orion Envestnet or AssetMark preferred.Compensation & BenefitsSymmetry Partners offers a competitive total rewards package which includes:Competitive base salary and performance-based bonusesComprehensive health dental and vision insuranceRetirement plan with company matchProfessional development and growth opportunitiesSalary range will vary based on experience skills and performance.Equal Opportunity EmployerSymmetry Partners is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
