System Engineer We are seeking a System Support Engineer to deliver first- and second-line technical support for mission-critical systems. Key Responsibilities: Provide Level 1 3 technical support for production systems including Linux servers networking and system-level services. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to system performance configuration networking and storage. Monitor overall system health and performance using system monitoring tools. Prioritize and manage multiple open issues simultaneously. Collaborate with internal teams to document best practices and expand the internal and external knowledge base. Follow up with clients after troubleshooting to ensure full system functionality. Create and maintain technical documentation including manuals and support notes. Build and maintain strong client relationships ensuring a professional and positive support experience. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field. Strong Linux administration skills especially in mission-critical environments. Experience with system performance monitoring tools. Solid networking knowledge including firewalls VPNs TCP/IP troubleshooting and performance tuning. Basic database understanding including SQL querying and troubleshooting. Proven experience in roles such as Technical Support Engineer Desktop Support Engineer or IT Help Desk Technician. Exceptional communication troubleshooting and customer service skills. Highly motivated organized and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
