Technology Resource Experts LLCis looking for an experienced Systems Administrators to join their rapidly growing team!The Systems Administrator L3 is responsible for the maintenance support and optimization of the companys IT infrastructure. This role involves resolving complex technical issues escalated from the Level 1 support team performing root cause analysis and implementing advanced system enhancements. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting abilities a deep technical understanding of enterprise systems and the ability to act as a subject matter expert for core infrastructure.Description:Install configure and maintain server operating systems (e.g. Windows Server Linux) in physical and virtual environments.Manage user accounts security permissions and access controls.Monitor system performance and ensure the availability integrity and security of all hardware server resources and key processes.Administer core services such as Active Directory Group Policy DNS and DHCP.Implement and manage system backup and recovery strategies to ensure data protection.Develop and maintain scripts (e.g. PowerShell Bash) to automate repetitive tasks and improve system efficiency.Manage system patching and updates to maintain security and compliance.QualificationsAn active TS/SCI with MD polygraph is required. Last Poly within past 7 years.Proven experience as an L3 Systems Administrator in an enterprise environment.Expert knowledge of enterprise operating systems such as Windows Server and/or Linux.Strong understanding of networking concepts including TCP/IP DNS and firewalls.Experience with virtualization platforms like VMware or Hyper-V.Proficiency in scripting languages for automation.Excellent problem-solving analytical and troubleshooting skills.Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with team members and vendors.Level 3:BS 15 years experienceTechnology Resource Experts LLCoffers the very best compensation packages and the flexibility to let our employees decide whats most important to them.
