DescriptionThis is an onsite role in Rutland VT seeking a motivated self-starting individual to support complex applications by analyzing issues developing solutions and clearly communicating progress and outcomes to both team members and clients.ResponsibilitiesProvide support to client users for Netsmarts MyEvolv EHR Oracle Health EHR and Oracle Health Revenue Cycle to ensure maximum efficiency in the use of those applications. Respond to requests for support by client users. Test and coordinate testing of new releases of Third Party and Oracle Health Applications. Log bugs against applications and follow up with IT and Development. Monitor future application releases. Train client users on features of applications. Maintain applications responsibilities based on work group of user. Act as reporting resource. Represent client users at Data Center meetings client user meetings at quarter end and whenever necessary.
