Job Description

Roles/Responsibilities: Working with incidents and service requests related to telephony service and call processing systems. Escalations of issues with telephony vendors. Attend planning meetings and gather information on telephony related infinitives. Advise on contracts related vendor telephony support. Assist with planning and migration to new telephony and call processing systems. Mandatory Skills: General knowledge of supporting classic on-premises PBX systems (minimum 5 years experience) Demonstrated use in ability to work with a team and independently Managing work with support vendors (minimum 5 years experience). Demonstrated ability to gather requirements for telephony related projects (minimum 5 years experience. Candidate must reside in Minnesota.
