Staffing Project Analyst III at Elevait Solutions

Location: Painted Post NY - (4 days Onsite per week) Rate Range: $40-45/hr. Titles: Project Analyst Job Description The Project Analyst will support the Client Shared Services team on the OneStream Implementation project specifically during the Data Reconciliation phase which is expected to require a 2 3-month time commitment. The role may also involve participation in additional smaller projects depending on business needs and project portfolio demands. Key Responsibilities OneStream Data Reconciliation & Validation Project Perform detailed financial data reconciliation between SAP PeopleSoft and Central Finance systems. Validate financial data at the account entity product and department levels in both functional currency and USD. Execute reconciliation activities using Excel and PDF formats. Document and catalog all reconciliation work in SharePoint Online Required Education & Experience Bachelors degree (minimum). 3 years of experience working on Finance or Shared Services projects. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office particularly Excel; strong skills in Word PowerPoint Visio and/or Project. Solid accounting background. Experience with SAP and/or PeopleSoft financial systems.
