Salary to be determined by the education experience knowledge skills and abilities of the applicant internal equity and alignment with market data.DescriptionProvisioning RHEL and CentOS servers in both physical and virtual environmentsIntegrating a variety of commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) and Government-off-the-shelf (GOTS) and open-source applications within existing RHEL and CentOS environmentsTroubleshooting quickly and efficiently in Linux-based environmentsResearching and recommending innovative and where possible automated approaches for system administration and integration tasksTroubleshooting and maintaining SSEE INC-F/E and MODS systemsWriting and editing any initial draft and/or final documents or reports that are required e.g. Test Plan reviews and comments at the SCI LevelImporting and exporting VMsProviding day-to-day program management support including reporting task tracking and follow-up with stakeholdersSupporting surge requirements during major events milestones or deliverablesCollaborating with engineers analysts and government personnel to ensure program requirements and objectives are metWorking with third party vendors for new capability integration in accordance with project infrastructure regarding design technical implementation capability consideration interface documentation and baseline change (documentation) for new capability acceptance#LI-AM1RequirementsRequires a DoD TS/SCI security clearanceAssociates degree in computer science information systems technology or four years of relevant field experienceStrong organizational and communication skills with the ability to coordinate across functional teamsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook Teams)Ships Signal Exploitation Equipment (SSEE) Increment F/E maintenance experienceFamiliarity with VM environmentsAbility to follow configuration documentation and procedures is requiredWork independently but collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide consulting and control design recommendations to reduce riskObtain a Security or equivalent within 6 months of hire and DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification within one yearMust be able to perform work within equipment spaces onboard US Navy platforms (occasionally/rare)Desired SkillsExperience supporting Navy NIWC PAC or NIWC LANT programsFamiliarity with software integration or system engineering programsAbility to produce executive-level briefings and documentationAnsible/PowerShell scripting (beginner and intermediate) Experience supporting Integration and Test Events and familiarity with respective documentationExperience in Agile methodsClearance InformationSRC IS A CONTRACTOR FOR THE U.S. GOVERNMENT.
