Evaluates customer and operational needs to define and coordinate system performance requirements integrate technical parameters and ensure compatibility across all physical functional and program interfaces. Performs analyses to optimize system or system-of-systems architecture. Conducts affordability safety reliability maintainability testability human systems integration survivability vulnerability susceptibility system security regulatory certification and product assurance analyses to support mission success. Develops and manages requirements management processes tools risk and issue management opportunity management and technology readiness assessments. Resolves cross-functional technical issues across disciplines. Requirements: Ability to obtain a Secret Clearance required. Bachelors degree 5 years of experience OR Masters degree 3 years OR PhD with relevant experience. Bachelor of Science degree or higher in engineering engineering technology (including manufacturing engineering technology) chemistry physics mathematics data science or computer science. Minimum of 4 years of experience in aero integration and verification (military or commercial aircraft). Experience in systems engineering and the verification & validation process. Strong knowledge of airframe systems aerodynamic principles loads testing GNC (Guidance Navigation & Controls) vehicle management systems and materials. Experience with test planning execution and data analysis. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team setting. Experience with JIRA PI Planning and Agile methodologies. Ability to schedule projects track progress and hold stakeholders accountable. Strong attention to detail and willingness to follow up with stakeholders. Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR). Preferred Qualifications: Experience with the T-7 program or similar aircraft platforms. Knowledge of systems engineering principles and practices. Experience with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE). Familiarity with aircraft regulatory requirements (FAA MIL-STD). Proficiency with engineering modeling simulation and analysis tools.
