Responsibilities Job duties will include but are not limited to: Lead systems requirements management and systems engineering design activities. Utilize systems engineering software tools to support design and integration efforts. Conduct integration engineering tasks and oversee test and evaluation engineering activities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are met. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers. Qualifications Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in an engineering, scientific, or technical discipline OR Eight (8) years of professional technical experience, including at least five (5) years of specialized experience in systems engineering performing systems requirements management, systems engineering design, utilizing systems engineering software tools, integration engineering, test and evaluation engineering activities. Skills and Competencies Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in project management software and tools. SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: Must currently hold an active Secret security clearance. US Citizenship is a requirement for Secret clearance at this location.
