If you are passionate about translating complex technical needs into clear requirements leading development teams and ensuring systems meet the highest standards of performance and security we want to hear from you.Position Overview:Our team is looking for a skilled Systems Engineer/Tester to support full-lifecycle system this role you will guide software development activities lead stakeholder engagements manage requirements and oversee validation efforts to ensure quality and mission readiness.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage a technical IT development team using Agile methodologies.Facilitate stakeholder meetings and drive productive requirements discussions.Develop maintain and execute detailed test plans and procedures.Validate overall system performance functionality and readiness for deployment.Ensure systems comply with applicable security policies controls and A&A requirements.Key Skills:Strong experience with Agile project management requirements management and sprint planning for IT development teams.Proven ability to conduct requirements gathering analysis traceability validation verification and documentation ensuring alignment with Agile sprint cycles.Expertise in facilitating requirements discussions and conducting stakeholder interviews.Hands-on experience with test planning execution and validation including User Acceptance Testing (UAT) prior to deployment.Other Skills:Experience with system authorization and accreditation (A&A) processes security requirements and applying security policy and controls.Position Clearance Requirement:TS/SCI with FSPPlease be aware many of our positions require the ability to obtain or maintain a U.S security clearance which requires U.S citizenship.We win with inclusionNS2 Missions culture of inclusion focus on health and well-being and flexible working models help ensure that everyone regardless of background feels included and can run at their best.
