Systems Operations Specialist at Takeform

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Systems Operations Specialist to join our IT team. In this entry-level role, you will be responsible for maintaining, monitoring, and optimizing our company's IT systems to ensure seamless operations and maximum uptime. Core Responsibilities:

- Continuously monitor systems, networks, and infrastructure to detect and respond to potential issues before they impact operations. 

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems including hardware and software issues, using diagnostic tools. 

- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as software updates and configuration changes to ensure system stability and security. 

- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of system configurations, maintenance activities and troubleshooting procedures. 

- Manage system configurations, including settings, parameters and firmware to ensure compliance with organizational standards and policies.

- Implement and enforce security protocols to protect systems and data.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system integration and minimize downtime.

- Provide technical support and training to end-users as needed.

Skills and Qualifications Preferred:

- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Proven experience in systems administration, operations, or a similar role.

- Strong understanding of system architecture and network protocols.

- Familiarity with monitoring tools and software.

- Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving techniques.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
