Tableau BI & Reporting Developer at ASB Resources

Position Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Tableau Developer with strong data engineering and organizational capabilities to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 5 7 years of hands-on experience with Tableau Desktop Tableau Pulse and Tableau Prep (Flow) along with a deep understanding of data modeling and reporting best practices. This role requires a proactive mindset to ensure reporting environments remain clean purposeful and scalable. Prior experience in the Fintech or payments industry is highly preferred. This is a full-time on-site role-only local candidates who can commute will be considered. Key Responsibilities Design develop and maintain high-performance Tableau dashboards and visualizations Build real-time automated data alerts and notifications using Tableau Pulse Use Tableau Prep (Flow) to clean shape and prepare data for reporting Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable dashboards Establish and enforce reporting standards and governance to minimize redundancy and ensure purposeful dashboard creation Design and maintain ETL workflows to ingest and transform data into Snowflake for reporting needs Develop a deep understanding of the enterprise data model to ensure accurate reporting and prevent data duplication or misuse Document data sources transformations and dashboard logic to support transparency and maintainability Monitor Tableau Server performance and manage permissions and content deployment Ensure proper access controls and data security practices are followed in reporting environments Support the organizations goal of building a single source of truth data lake by aligning reporting and data ingestion practices with enterprise data architecture Required Qualifications Min 5 7 years of professional experience in Tableau development 5-7 years of professional experience in SSRS Reporting development.
