People wholl bring new perspectives solve tough problems and thrive as part of a team.If thats you and this role fits we want to hear from you.Join the power movement as a Talent Acquisition CoordinatorTalent Acquisition is looking for a coordinator to join the team and support the hiring process through recruitment tasks including scheduling interviews posting jobs to external boards and helping manage candidates in the applicant tracking system (ATS). This coordinator will join a team of 11 members including recruiters and coordinators.What youll do:Help maintain the Lever Applicant Tracking System with data entry reporting and managing a very active pipeline of talentConsistently provide a world-class candidate experience for all applicants at every stage in the TalentAcquisition processSchedule Video or On-Site interviews for candidates including the arrangement of any necessary travelGreet and host the interviewees as their primary point of contact for the day; often juggling several on-sites dailySupport the organizations sourcing efforts opening up the top end of the recruiting funnel using the usual tools in addition to creative sourcesSchedule and facilitate intake and debrief discussions with hiring managers interview teams and recruitersWhat were looking for:High school diplomaA natural ability to multi-task and easily prioritize competing prioritiesSound judgment and situational awareness while being the first CFS point of contactExcellent organization skills and demonstrated proficiency using various communication toolsOutstanding verbal and written communication skillsExperience using Lever or other Applicant Tracking SystemsThe ability to accurately and consistently tell the CFS story as it continually evolves while properly setting expectations at all times during the processHighly responsive customer service attitude internally and externallyDedication to safety to mitigate industrial hazards that may include heat cold noise fumes strong magnets lead (Pb) high voltage and cryogenicsMust-have Requirements: Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbsPerform activities such as stooping climbing typing standing or sitting for extended periods of timeDedication to safety to mitigate industrial hazards that may include heat cold noise fumes strong magnets lead (Pb) high voltage and cryogenicsWillingness to travel or work required nights/weekends/on-call occasionally$70000 - $120000 a yearSalary range for this full-time position equity benefits.The actual salary will depend on level location qualifications and experience.
