Market leaders like Akamai Dropbox and Zoom rely on Kentik to run manage and optimize their networks.What we doWe are looking for a contract Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support our Recruiting team. This is an integral role on the team - you are often the first point of contact that someone has with Kentik and are responsible for creating a positive experience for every candidate.In this role you will provide consistent support and coordination for recruiters and hiring managers through the full recruiting process. You are someone who can juggle multiple requests simultaneously to ensure that our hiring process runs smoothly and efficiently. You will also help manage our recruiting tool (Greenhouse) and help maintain accurate data within the platform.*NOTE - This is a contract position (3-4 months) to support the team while the current Talent Acquisition Specialist is on leaveWhat youll doSchedule all candidate interviews (primarily video interviews)Act as the primary point of contact for candidates providing them with all of the interview logistics and ensuring they have a positive experienceTroubleshoot scheduling issues and communicate effectively with candidates and internal team membersManage the software used by the Recruiting team (Greenhouse LinkedIn Zoom)Post new job requisitions in GreenhouseMaintain accurate data within Greenhouse - i.e. build out interview plans communicate with recruiters on scheduling updates close out candidates and jobsPartner with recruiters to send out weekly updates to hiring managers and help facilitate recruiting meetings as neededWhat youll bringStudies have shown that some candidates tend to apply to jobs only if they meet 100% of the qualifications. We encourage you to apply if you meet most of the criteria - even if you dont match all of the qualifications your skills and experience could be valuable in this role!2 years of experience as a recruiting coordinator managing high-volume scheduling preferably at a remote SaaS companyMust have previous experience working with Greenhouse ATSExcellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional and empathetic demeanorAbility to effectively prioritize and manage a high volume of requests simultaneouslyStrong organizational skills and attention to detailComfortable navigating schedules across multiple timezones (including international)Experience working with GSuite Slack Zoom and LinkedInWhat we offerKentik is a fully remote company that operates globally. This range reflects the low and high end of the U.S. compensation range Kentik reasonably and generally expects to pay the hired candidate in this role.
