Position: Talent Acquisition InternLocation: Columbus OhioPay Rate: $25 per hourSuperior is looking for highly motivated and energetic students to participate in our internship program during the Summer 2026 term (May August). This role is based at our headquarters in Columbus Ohio.Key ResponsibilitiesGain exposure to the recruiting lifecycle including job postings sourcing strategies talent market researches and screening processesSupport resume reviews and help identify potential candidates for the Talent Acquisition teamHelp coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring processMaintain accuracy and organization within our applicant tracking system (ATS)Support talent pipeline tracking and documentation of recruiting activitiesParticipate in projects that build your understanding of recruiting operations employer branding and talent strategyYour Character TraitsYoure a great communicator a team player and ready to work with colleagues across different teamsYoure passionate about delivering a great candidate experienceYoure highly organized detail-oriented and able to manage multipe prioritiesYoure able to exercise confidentiality and discretion with sensitive informationEducationRequired: You must be currently enrolled at an accredited college or university pursuing a degree in Human Resources Business Administration Communications or related fieldAbout The Superior Group (Superior)Superior is a national leader in electrical design and construction.
