Our CompanyBrightSpring Health ServicesOverviewReporting to the Senior Director of Talent Acquisition the Talent Acquisition Manager will provide dayto-day supervision to a designated recruitment team and management of the partnership with the business(es) they are assigned. This position will serve as a resource for a specific line of business or group of businesses and will work closely with leadership including internal clients and HR Business Partners (HRBPs) promoting open channels of communication and responsiveness to the organizations recruitment needs. The TA Manager will manage a team of talent sourcers and/or recruiters.ResponsibilitiesManages a team of talent sourcers and/or recruiters in their execution of recruiting strategies and tactics and supervises daily recruitment activities performed by their designated teamEducates and guides team members to help ensure team goals are metCollaborates with leadership HRBPs and Hiring Managers to identify staffing and recruiting needsLeads sourcers and/or recruiters to create pipelines of candidates for critical skills by utilizing sourcing methodologies to identify attract and recruit quality talentEnsures the recruitment process provides a positive candidate and hiring manager experience while accurately representing the companys employment brandDevelops relationships with leaders of referral sources including but not limited to high schools technical schools colleges universities job training programs workforce development and other community resourcesCoordinates candidate sourcing using varied tools and technologies including local outreach to community groups events and colleges/universitiesSolicits candidate referrals from professional associations and internal employeesDrives usage of technology and recruitment marketing to engage active and passive candidates to find and identify qualified talentDevelops recommendations for new recruitment programs and tools to attract qualified candidatesPromotes the Companys commitment to diversity and inclusion by upholding the organizations mission and vision through networking with community agencies professional associations education institutions attending various events job fairs and other strategic initiativesEnsures compliance with all legal aspects of recruiting and candidate selection including applicable company policies procedures and federal and state recruitment regulations such as OFCCP and EEOCWork with the TA Director to create and build-out a high performing Nurse Recruitment team establishing foundational processes structure and talent needsPartners closely with cross-functional leaders to align on strategies share insights and drive coordinated execution across multiple lines of businessPlays a critical role in launching the new structure as well as oversee its ongoing management including performance oversight development and continuous improvement initiativesQualificationsBachelors degree or equivalent work experienceCompelling and progressive work experience in Human Resources Talent Acquisition and/or a Staffing Agency fieldProven effectiveness in leading and managing others formally or informallyFamiliarity working in a high-volume recruitment environmentStrong organizational interpersonal and communication skillsUp to 25% travel based on business needs (including overnight travel)About our Line of BusinessBrightSpring Health Services provides complementary home- and community-based pharmacy and provider health solutions for complex populations in need of specialized and/or chronic care.
