Job Summary: Identifies and develops talents of Advanced Practice Providers based upon current and future business objectives. Identifies required skills within the organization and develops training and procedures to ensure the current skills remain within the organization. Has specialized depth and/or breadth of expertise in own discipline or function. Interprets internal or external issues and recommends solutions/best practices. Solves complex problems; takes a broad perspective to identify solutions. May lead functional teams or projects. Works closely with departments, faculty, and the office of Advanced Practice Providers. Must be able to work independently, with guidance in only the most complex situations.

Experience and Education: Required: 3 years of progressively responsible experience in provider recruitment. Applicants without the stated preferred degree, but with significant additional related experience may be considered. Preferred: Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred.
Job Duties:
- Participates in Talent Acquisition activities such as internet searches and placement of initial introductory calls to potential candidates, makes follow-up calls to candidates to ascertain level of interest, secures CV/resume and disseminates to appropriate individuals for initial screening; logs CV/resume in database file; assists in marketing and advertising of positions; develops ongoing protocol for contacting various advanced practice proved programs and arranges notices that specify current needs; facilitates job openings in the HCM system.
- Consults with hiring managers on staffing needs.
- Develops and executes appropriate sourcing plan.
- Pre-screens and qualifies candidates.
- Processes internal/external applications for employment.
- Assist with scheduling and coordination of interview schedules.
- Works closely with medical staff office for credentialing.
- Maintains appropriate documentation and Talent Acquisition metrics.
- Negotiates job offers with candidates and departments.
- Attends meetings with the Manager as necessary; participates in Talent Acquisition activities internally and externally.
- Attends job fairs, posts positions on internal and external websites, and develops new Talent Acquisition sources.
- Assists in projects as directed by the Manager.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
