Job Overview - Talent Acquisition Partner (Healthcare)

Compensation: $46/hour

Location: Boston, MA

Schedule: Monday to Friday (In-Office)

Atlantic Group is hiring a Talent Acquisition Partner (Healthcare) with our client in Boston, MA. In this temporary role, you will lead full-cycle recruiting for exempt and non-exempt roles, partner with hiring managers, and manage high-volume pipelines using Workday and other sourcing tools. Ideal for an experienced healthcare recruiter with strong relationship-building skills and the ability to deliver top talent in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities as the Talent Acquisition Partner:
  • Full-Cycle Recruiting: Lead high-volume recruitment for exempt and non-exempt healthcare roles, ensuring timely, high-quality hires.
  • Hiring Manager Partnership: Build relationships with department leaders to understand staffing needs and provide strategic recruiting support.
  • Sourcing & Outreach: Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using job boards, online platforms, and professional networks.
  • Workday ATS Management: Utilize Workday to post jobs, screen candidates, manage pipelines, and move applicants through the hiring process.
  • Experience & Process Improvement: Maintain a strong candidate experience while identifying opportunities to streamline and improve recruitment workflows.
Qualifications for the Talent Acquisition Partner:
  • Education: Associate's degree required (Bachelor's degree preferred).
  • Experience: 3+ years of high-volume recruiting for exempt and non-exempt roles, with at least 1 year of healthcare recruiting strongly preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with ATS platforms (Workday preferred) and proficiency in online recruiting tools, MS Office Suite, Outlook, with familiarity in HRIS systems such as SAP or Lawson preferred.
  • Industry Knowledge: Understanding of healthcare staffing needs, recruitment compliance standards, sourcing methods, and unionized environments preferred.
  • Skills & Attributes: Strong communication and interpersonal skills with excellent organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
