Talent Acquisition Partner

Hussmann is hiring a Talent Acquisition Partner to lead high-volume technician recruiting across our U.S. Branch Services organization. This is a high-impact role with direct ownership of hiring outcomes, partnering closely with business leaders to meet critical workforce needs. You will be part of a collaborative Talent Acquisition team focused on delivering high-quality hiring outcomes and a strong candidate experience. This role plays an important role of keeping our branch operations running smoothly by ensuring we attract and hire skilled technicians efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Own full-cycle recruiting for high-volume technician roles across the U.S.
  • Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to develop and execute recruiting strategies aligned to hiring goals
  • Lead talent strategy discussions to ensure clear alignment on role requirements and priorities
  • Source and build pipelines of active and passive candidates to support ongoing and future hiring needs
  • Assess candidate qualifications through structured screening and evaluation, recommending top talent for consideration
  • Manage the interview process, including scheduling and coordination, to ensure efficient and positive candidate experience
  • Influence hiring decisions by providing market insight, candidate perspective, and recruiting expertise
  • Track and use recruiting metrics to monitor progress, identify gaps, and adjust strategies as needed
  • Maintain strong partnerships with hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and leadership
  • Ensure a consistent, compliant hiring process while delivering a high-quality candidate experience
  • Serve as a brand ambassador for Hussmann at events such as career fairs, information sessions, and networking opportunities

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3 years' experience or a minimum of 7 years of experience without a degree. College degree is preferred.
  • Proven ability to source active and passive candidates using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and Boolean search techniques
  • Experience working with applicant tracking systems and MS Office Suite
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and requisitions simultaneously
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and operate as a trusted advisor
  • Strong critical thinking and solution-oriented mindset
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
  • Knowledge of recruiting best practices, employment law, and affirmative action
  • Proven ability to build and manage diverse talent pipelines
