Position Summary:The Talent Acquisition Specialist provides the full range of recruiting and talent acquisition support to the business including sourcing and selection of qualified candidates for the assigned internal group.Primary Duties & Responsibilities:Engages the business to forecast current and future talent needsLeads initial role intake with field HR and hiring managersFocus on recruiting for professional and exempt-level roles with an emphasis on strategic workforce planning.Manages requisitions in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) ensuring compliance with state and federal regulationsMarkets open positions through multiple channels to attract qualified candidatesEnsures candidates in process meet the qualifications for the position prior to presentation to hiring managerDevelops and maintains relationships with candidates through the selection process.Establishes employer brand as the first point of contact and tracks candidates through the selection process.Collaborates with field HR and hiring managers using feedback for targeted search effortsExpertise in employer branding data-driven recruiting analytics and stakeholder management.Lead role status updates with site and division leadershipBuild the pipeline of candidates who may be a fit for the organization now or in the futureDrive outcomes related to quality of hire diversity goals and long-term pipeline healthMay be engaged in projects such as benchmarking university relations employer branding or related.May perform other duties as assignedRequired SkillsMust possess strong communication skills and professionalism with individuals inside and outside the organizationMust have the ability to work independently and achieve individual/team goalsMust have strong computer skillsMust possess or have the ability to learn job posting compliance requirementsMust have the ability to manage multiple projects at one timePreferred SkillsExperience in recruiting for a broad range of positions including but not limited to engineering operations quality HR IT and Finance.Required Experience and EducationBachelors degree in Human Resources Labor Relations Communication Marketing or related discipline preferred2-4 years of experience in talent acquisition/recruiting for exempt personnel highly preferredRequired Experience:IC Key Skills Illustration,Defence,HVAC,AJAX,Drafting,Customer Development Employment Type : Full-Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
