DescriptionWere hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support the Midwestern division of our Paint Stores Group. This role is not remote/hybrid. This role will report to our Midwestern Division office at 11410 Alameda Dr Strongsville OH 44136.This role focuses on recruiting for early-career positionsincluding our Sales Management Trainee program and Sales Summer Internshipmanaging a steady requisition load throughout the year. Candidates must be open to traveling up to 50% during peak campus recruitment seasons (Fall and Spring).ResponsibilitiesFull Cycle RecruitmentCreate and post job requisitions on time and compliantly.Screen candidates to evaluate if candidates meet criteria of role.Schedule interviews - coordinate with candidates and hiring managers to schedule interviews.Negotiate job offers and compensation packages with candidates.Support the background check and pre-hire process when needed.Candidate AttractionIdentify new and creative opportunities for attracting candidates.Use various sourcing channels and networks to source and attract candidates.Adhere to established brand guidelines.Plan and execute events and outreach efforts.Business Connectivity Relationship ManagementPartner with HR hiring managers and other business partners to determine staffing needs.Keep candidates and business partners informed - communicate necessary updates early and often.Provide recruitment training resources and best practices to partners as needed.Advancing Talent Acquisition Objectives GoalsOwn the data use systems and tools appropriately to build trust and accuracy in Talent Acquisition reporting.Track staffing information and updates.Understand and regularly share Talent Acquisition metrics with business partners.Work with peers and colleagues to ensure process standards and best practices are leveraged in all parts of the recruitment process.Identify and share process improvement ideas to ensure an efficient and positive recruitment process experience.Ensure compliance with all local rules laws and regulations.QualificationsRequired:1 year of experience in recruiting.Sourcing experience leveraging varying forms of recruitment technology.Interviewing experience - can identify required skills experience competencies and other job profile preferences.Experience in presenting routine recruitment data in addition to identifying data trends.Knowledge of Recruitment marketing and branding best practices.Knowledge and understanding of local and relevant legislation impacting recruitment and hiring practicesValid unrestricted drivers licenseWillingness to travel up to 50% during peak seasonsPreferred:Knowledge of the Sherwin-Williams organization.Recruiting experience across multiple countries.Experience working on Talent Acquisition projects.Experience working with external partners and vendors.Bachelors Degree in Human Resource Management Business Administration Psychology Communications or Sociology.Experience using Oracle Recruiting Cloud for applicant tracking.Experience using Tableau for data analysis and review.Required Experience:IC Key Skills Illustration,Defence,HVAC,AJAX,Drafting,Customer Development Employment Type : Full-Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
