Cultivate top talent list for current and future opportunities both strategic and tactical.Brand Advocacy: Represent the company as an employer of choice within the construction industry through networking and outreach efforts.Data-Driven Approach: Utilize sourcing tools CRM systems and analytics to track pipeline health and optimize sourcing effectiveness. Process Improvement: Provide input on sourcing processes and tools to drive efficiency and continuously improve performance. Assist in mentoring team members on sourcing tactics and tools.QualificationsQualificationsExperience: 5 years in candidate sourcing or talent acquisition with at least 3 years focused in the civil construction industry.Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business or related field (or equivalent experience).Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of civil construction roles certifications and workforce dynamics.Advanced sourcing skills including leadership and executive roles Boolean AIRS internet miningSkills: Exceptional networking and relationship-building skills.
