Job Summary:
This role will is responsible for being an ambassador of the Asahi Beer brand by greeting and serving customers in our taproom. Taproom Bartenders pour beer, take food and drink orders, and support any events in the taproom.
Schedule:
We are looking for someone with flexibility, but especially the ability to work Sundays. Currently, we have weekday lunch shifts in need of staffing as well as some evening shifts during the week.

Required Skills/Abilities:
- Create positive interactions with customers.
- Beer/food knowledge and/or enthusiasm.
- Face to face guest interaction is paramount.
- Perform cleaning duties throughout shift and after close.
- Refill, sort, organize, and deliver product.
- Maintain clean and organized work environment during busy services.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Education and Experience:
- Experience working in fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and customer service skills.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
- Ability to work long shifts.
- Able to lift 35lb cases of beer and move 165lb kegs regularly.
- Working outside in hot temperatures during the summer.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Applicants must be 18 years old to pour and serve alcohol, as required by WI law.
Pay: $10/hr plus tips
