OverviewThe Operations Analyst Program is a rotational development program that offers a broad and in-depth exposure to business operations at Susquehanna and will prepare you for a Tax Analyst position that immediately impacts our business.In the first six months youll rotate through Susquehannas operations team gaining hands-on experience across trading desks and key business areas. These rotations are designed to deepen your understanding of the firms structure and operations especially as they relate to tax. Youll take on daily responsibilities and project work that build familiarity with information flow and tax processes. Classroom training will complement your experience focusing on company knowledge technical skills and business effectiveness.Throughout the program youll build a strong network across the firm and receive mentorship from senior tax and operations professionals to support your development.After completing the program youll join the tax this role youll work on projects that help optimize after-tax profits from trading activities. Youll collaborate with departments like trading operations and technology and work with both internal and third-party systems to ensure accurate documentation and reporting.
