Position Overview: The Tax Director (Construction) will lead complex tax engagements, support strategic planning efforts, oversee compliance, and mentor tax professionals across a broad client base.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and approve complex federal and state tax returns.
• Lead tax research, planning initiatives, and technical guidance.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for internal teams and clients.
• Supervise, train, and mentor tax staff.
• Manage client relationships and collaborate with audit teams on large engagements.
• Ensure compliance with relevant tax laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Active CPA license required.
• 8+ years of progressive public accounting experience.
• Strong technical tax expertise, especially in construction and related industries.
