Specifically Federal and State Individual and Fiduciary tax returns.Oversee and manage the tax return process including identification and resolution of tax issuesExperience with corporation and partnership accounting and tax conceptsMentor train and manage staff accountants to meet deadline and prioritize workloadEffectively manage multiple tax engagements in a team environment and also work independently. Identify potential opportunities for new and/or expanded client servicesAbility to lead and manage engagements including budgeting billing and engagement economicsHighly proactive approach to serving clientsBasic Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Accounting or equivalent field is requiredRecent public accounting experienceCPA10 years work experience in tax compliance specialization in individual fiduciary estate and gift taxationPreferred/Desired Qualifications:Masters degree in tax or equivalent field preferredWe strongly believe in the value of diversity and creating supportive inclusive environments where our colleagues can succeed.
