Job DescriptionJob DescriptionTax Manager Tax Manager - DealershipsPosition OverviewWe are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Tax Manager to oversee tax compliance and advisory services for our automotive dealership clients. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate reporting and compliance with tax regulations, while also providing strategic tax planning to optimize financial outcomes for the dealerships.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and oversee the tax compliance process for multiple auto dealerships, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all filings.Provide tax advisory services, including planning and strategies for minimizing tax liabilities for clients in the automotive industry.Review and analyze financial statements and tax returns for pass-through entities to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.Stay updated on tax laws and regulations affecting the automotive dealership sector to advise clients on best practices.Collaborate with dealership management to identify tax-saving opportunities and improve operational efficiencies related to tax matters.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA, EA, or JD preferred.A minimum of 5 years of experience in tax management, preferably with exposure to auto dealerships or significant pass-through experience.Strong knowledge of federal and state tax regulations, particularly as they pertain to dealerships and pass-through entities.Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to explain complex tax concepts to clients and stakeholders.Benefits- Competitive compensation- Insurance, including health, dental, and vision, that begin on day one- 20+ days of paid time off and 13 paid holidays- Flex Fridays and office closures for summer and winter breaks- Parental leave, family care leave, and volunteer time- 401(k) plans and profit sharing- CPA exam bonus, education assistance program, and pet insurance  - For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
