Job Description Prepare individual corporate partnership and nonprofit tax returns.Perform bookkeeping and monthly accounting duties for client businesses.Process payroll and complete payroll tax sales tax property tax and business license filings.Utilize QuickBooks Peachtree and UltraTax (Thomson Reuters).Review financial records assist with reconciliations and help maintain accurate client files.Communicate with clients professionally and manage deadlines across multiple projects.Support the team during busy season with additional hours as needed. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Accounting (required).CPA license or progress toward CPA or Masters in Accounting (preferred).Experience with bookkeeping payroll and tax preparation.Experience with QuickBooks Peachtree and UltraTax (preferred).Strong communication analytical and organizational abilities.Ability to work independently and meet firm and client deadlines.
