We use TaxDome as our CRM and Drake as the tax software.Job DutiesPreparation of individual, partnership, and corporate tax returns (1040, 1065, 1120s, and 1120)Review client’s financial statements and make adjustments for preparation of tax returnsReview individual tax returns with Sch C and Sch ESuggest tax savings strategies to clients upon reviewSet up QuickBooks Online accounts for clientTrain clients on how to properly use QuickBooks OnlineRespond to IRS and state agency audits, inquires, and tax noticesCommunicate directly with existing clients, colleagues, management, and IRS representatives regarding various tax mattersQualifications8-10+ years minimum of relevant experienceExperience in individual tax compliance and planningTax research experienceExperience in Corporation & Partnership tax returns is a mustExperience in partnership tax would be a plusA team player that is outgoing and friendlyForward-thinking and enjoy keeping up to date with the tax industry regulations and policiesEnjoys Training, Mentoring, and leading by example with staffPerks & BenefitsCompetitive SalaryFlexible HoursSimple IRA 3% automatic contribution for our employeesNo minimum hours during tax seasonPTO#hc209398
