In this role, you'll connect with individuals who have already reached out for help with IRS and tax debt concerns. Your job is to understand their situation, educate them on available options, and guide them toward the next step in resolving their tax issues.

Responsibilities

Answer inbound calls from prospective clients seeking tax relief assistance Learn about each client's financial situation, concerns, and goals Recommend solutions tailored to each client's specific needs Build trust quickly and communicate with confidence Handle objections effectively and guide prospects through the sales process Maintain consistent follow-up activity and effectively manage your pipeline

Location & Schedule

Location: Irvine, CA (In-Office)

Schedule: MondayFriday: 8:00 AM5:00 PM One half-day Saturday per month

Qualifications

Minimum 6 months of phone sales experience required Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle objections with confidence Comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
