JOB DESCRIPTION
Call Center Team Member
You will be part of the call center team within the admissions area, responsible for generating commercial opportunities and ensuring an efficient workflow that contributes to the enrollment of new students. You will be a key point in the first contact with future students, representing the values and academic proposal of TAI.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage and update the database to ensure the correct commercial workflow.
- Generate qualified opportunities for the sales team.
- Make and receive calls (incoming and outgoing) from the institution's own database.
- Update and apply sales arguments, ensuring compliance with admission and enrollment processes.
- Provide support in events organized by the Admissions department.
- Work in coordination with Marketing, Admissions, and Enrollment teams.
What You Need To Match?
- Higher Secondary Education, university studies, or interest in combining the position with the completion of university studies.
- Minimum 1 year experience in commercial areas.
- Essential experience with CRM Salesforce and CTI systems.
- Excellent level of oral and written communication.
- C1 level of English.
- Orientation to objectives and business.
- Teamwork capacity.
- Creativity, flexibility, and initiative for process improvement.
- Planning and organization capacity.
