Job DescriptionJob DescriptionSummaryThe Teacher Assistant supports the Lead Teacher in the early childhood classroom in creating a safe, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate learning environment for young children. This teacher assistant helps with classroom activities, supervision, lesson implementation, bulletin boards, and maintaining a positive, engaging atmosphere for all students. At Peachtree Prep, we hire only the most qualified teachers who are passionate about working with children. We are looking for individuals who have a history of stability in teaching and who love to see the impact of their good work in the lives of the children in their class. This could be a part-time or full-time position, depending on your schedule and the class needs. We would love to talk to you! Walk in interviews are available on Tuesdays from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. at our corporate office in Conyers, located at 1801 Ellington Road in Conyers. Job placements are available at any of our 4 locations which includes 2 schools in Covington and Conyers. We offer the full range of education from early childhood to Private Pre-K-12th grade.
