We are seeking dedicated and energetic Preschool and Pre-Kindergarten Teachers to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for early childhood education and a heart for creating a nurturing, developmentally rich environment rooted in Christian values.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement lesson plans aligned with our curriculum and educational goalsProvide a safe, supportive, and engaging classroom environmentFacilitate activities that promote social, emotional, physical, and cognitive developmentMonitor and assess student progress to support individualized learningCommunicate effectively with parents about daily routines, developmental milestones, and classroom updatesSupport diapering, potty training, and responsive caregiving routinesPlan developmentally appropriate games and activitiesDesign and maintain a consistent daily and weekly classroom scheduleProvide basic care and nurturing support throughout the dayEvaluate childrens growth to ensure they are meeting developmental milestonesMaintain open, respectful communication with families and colleaguesQualifications & Experience:CDA or Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred (we will train the right candidate)Previous experience with infants, toddlers, or twos in a childcare or educational settingUnderstanding of child development and classroom management strategiesExperience in daycare, special education, babysitting, or nannying is a plusStrong communication and interpersonal skillsFamiliarity with Procare is a plusBasic knowledge of sign language is a plusCommitment to Christian faith and values is requiredFirst aid/CPR certifiedSchedule Options:8:30 AM 5:30 PM9:00 AM 6:00 PM (hiring multiple positions)9:30 AM 6:30 PM (greatest need - hiring multiple positions)
