The Graph Quality team aggregates data from various sources and Indicators of Compromise (IOCs) to ensure that risk is properly attributed in the defender space graph.What Youll Do:Lead a team of 3-4 developersMentor the team plan team goals and lead Agile scrum meetings to ensure that engineering deliverables are completed in a timely manner with high qualityDevelop data pipelines to analyze and ingest data at scaleIdentify scope and own technical solutions to drive the successful execution of projectsCreate technical project plans and drive the successful execution of projects with input from our Product team and other developers on your teamCollaborate with Data Scientists Data Engineers and business leaders to scope and implement technical solutionsWhat Youll Bring:1 years of previous team leadership experience5 years of programming and experience in Data Science including 1 years of experience with Python programming3 years of experience with cloud computing tools e.g. from AWS Azure or Google CloudExperience writing scalable production-grade applications and ETL/ELT pipelinesEfficient & accurate problem solving skills including the ability to debug both software and dataProven ability to analyze data and apply statistical techniques to draw accurate impactful conclusionsProven success in delivering projects from design and implementation to releaseExcellent attention to detail & ability to work independently while delivering high-quality resultsExcellent written & verbal communication when collaborating with colleagues across various locations and timezones designing technical approaches and writing documentationEagerness to continue learning and teaching new skills to team members in order to raise the bar across the teamTrack record of presenting information to stakeholders with varying levels of technical expertiseExperience engaging with technical leaders across geographies and divisions/companiesPreferred Qualifications:Familiarity with both batch and streaming pipelinesFamiliarity with any of the following: message buses (e.g. Kafka RabbitMQ) NoSQL databases (e.g. MongoDB AWS Neptune Neo4j) ElasticSearchBachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science Mathematics Statistics Engineering or equivalent experienceExposure to ML approaches including experience productizing ML modelsExperience with developing REST APIs with Python frameThe base salary range for this full-time position is $129000-$193500. Our salary ranges are determined by role level and location. The salary displayed reflects the range for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range individual pay is determined by state work location and additional factors including job-related skills experience and relevant education or training. This position may be eligible for incentive compensation equity and medical dental vision life insurance and 401K.
