Investigate and determine cause of defective work and consult/advise as to corrective measure. Develop/Implement process initiatives. Maintain proper documentation and records. Promote and maintain a safe work environment.POSITION REQUIREMENTS:2 years experience working in a warehouse or manufacturing environment. Automotiveexperience a plus. 1 years experience leading/directing hourly personnel. Ability to train others on section processes and procedures. Lean manufacturing experience desirable. Ability to take initiative identifying potential problems and solutions.
