The Team Lead I will supervise a team in either the Client Services or Vendor Relations department to ensure all policies and procedures are adhered to and we are providing superior service to our clients.Essential Job Duties and ResponsibilitiesResponsible for hiring qualified candidates; coaching training and developing the staff; and disciplining team members including but not limited to terminationsEffectively manage and continuously provide training and feedback to employeesDaily management of Client Services or Vendor Relations teamIdentify and resolve operational problemsResolve client escalationsIdentify opportunities to improve efficiency and team performanceResolve internal escalated issuesDevelop strong cross functional working relationships to improve overall workflowPartner with other team leads/managers to resolve problems and improve overall performance of the Client Services or Vendor Relations team Proactively resolve potential problems with vendors clients and employeesLead by exampleEnsure adequate team coverageBackup of Reporting ManagerSubject Matter Expert of Client Services or Vendor Relations teamQualifications and SkillsRequiredPreferredQualificationHigh School Diploma or equivalentAssociates Degree or higherExperience1 - 5 years of supervisory or related experience3 - 5 years customer service experienceExperience in fast paced environmentCall center environmentPrior KnowledgeCustomer Service principlesReal Estate related industryAppraisal Management CompanyDetailed oriented with excellent analytical skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to motivate staff to accomplish goalsAbility to creatively solve complex problemsAbility to work across cross functional teams to effectively resolve operational/personnel problemsMicrosoft Office Suite intermediate level and aboveEOE /Disability/Vet Key Skills Law Enforcement,ABB,Marine Biology,Filing,Automobile,AV Employment Type : Full-Time Department / Functional Area: Client Services Experience: years Vacancy: 1 Monthly Salary Salary: 60 - 72
