We help publishers monetize their audiences and brands maximize performancewhile ensuring a seamless brand-safe user experience.We are seeking an experienced results-drivenTeam Lead to oversee client relationships and drive business growth in the digital media across the USA. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in managing high-value partnerships delivering exceptional client experiences and leading teams toward achieving performance excellence.What Youll Do:Lead mentor and support Success Managers across the US & LATAM regionsOversee onboarding optimization retention and growth of strategic publishersDevelop and implement regional success strategies aligned with global goalsMonitor daily/weekly/monthly performance including revenue margin and churnDrive upsell opportunities and adoption of new formats and featuresCoordinate with Product Yield Support Acquisition BI Creative & ComplianceTroubleshot complex technical issues escalated from regional teamsLead reporting analysis and preparation of strategic recommendationsReview regional retention schemes and propose improvementsContribute to regional budgeting and forecastingMaintain high operational standards ensuring consistency across marketsRequirementsWho you are:Minimum 3 years of experience in AdTech/MarTech or digital advertisingMinimum 2 years of experience managing a team (preferably 3-5 people)Strong understanding of global digital advertising market trends and publisher monetization modelsExperience working with large publishers in the US and/or LATAMProven ability to analyze performance identify trends and build actionable strategiesExcellent communication negotiation and stakeholder management skillsAbility to manage complex operational workflows and troubleshoot technical issuesStrong analytical mindset with experience in cross-functional collaborationBachelors or Masters degree in Marketing Business Communications or related fieldAbility to work in fast-paced cross-cultural environmentsWill be a plus:Experience managing Success or Account Management teams in the US or LATAMExisting network or warm contacts within regional media groupsUnderstanding of product development and feature evaluationLanguage proficiency:Fluent EnglishFluent Spanish Key Skills Law Enforcement,ABB,Marine Biology,Filing,Automobile,AV Employment Type : Employee Experience: years Vacancy: 1
