Teammate Readiness & Enablement Senior Specialist at Truist
JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Title
Responsible for designing and developing readiness and enablement content for CSBB teammates with a focus on supporting the Small Business Segment and Deposit Product line.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Effectively create, develop and deploy assigned teammate readiness initiatives, projects and assignments.
- Meets deadlines and milestones in timely manner - includes proactive planning with Implementation Project Manager or Project Managers for key delivery dates and execution.
- Effectively communicates with stakeholders in planning, deploying and follow up actions to drive full adoption, execution and sustained performance of assigned initiatives to meet TR&E standards.
- Builds, creates, reviews and inspects teammates' outputs and deliverables to meet TR&E standards consistently.
- Ability to quickly and proactively engage appropriate partners for successful project completion - e.g. SMEs, compliance, Project Managers, WFM.
- Consistently delivers effective written and verbal communications of self, and that of team for each milestone.
- Effectively and actively represent TR&E in key work streams and assigned projects.
- Ability to predict, manage and solve for potential road blocks, pitfalls and concerns in projects representing the CCC for self and team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience and related training.
- 10 year's Financial Services experience or equivalent work experience.
- Training experience to include instructional design, class facilitation with writing content material for adult learners.
- Thorough knowledge of CSBB operational procedures, policies, etc.
- Proficiency in Computer Applications (Skype/Web Ex, MS Office, Excel and Power Point), Technical, Interpersonal, Problem Solving and ability to work efficiently across multiple platforms.
- Highly developed written and verbal communications (including grammar and spelling).
- Experience leading projects.
- Ability to execute on a project and define realization factors proving success of the project.
