We embrace innovation and creativity to reach people effectively with multiple locations across the Seattle Metro area and Southern Washington.Responsibilities:Creative Direction:Lead and develop the churchs creative vision for worship services and events aligning with the churchs mission and values.Work closely with the Lead Pastor and Worship Director to design and implement worship services that are engaging impactful and culturally relevant.Help with the creation and production of visual elements including sermon slides graphic design video content and promotional materials.Collaborate with various ministries (youth childrens outreach) to develop creative solutions that enhance their programs.Technical Direction:Oversee all technical aspects of worship services including sound lighting video and stage design ensuring that all elements contribute to a smooth professional and impactful experience.Lead the planning setup and operation of technical equipment for all church services and events (sound boards microphones projectors screens livestream etc.).Ensure all tech equipment is maintained operational and up to date.Troubleshoot technical issues during services or events providing swift solutions to minimize disruptions.Oversee the live streaming and recording of services ensuring high-quality video and audio for online viewers.Check us out at DetailsPart-time 20 hours a week (SundayThursday with flexibility for occasional Friday/Saturday events).$18 - $23/ hour DOE.Accrued PTO.403B (match after 1 year).Once we have received your information we will be in touch with the next steps if you are a potential match.Required Experience:Director Key Skills Fundraising,Management Experience,Coaching,Analysis Skills,Strategic Planning,Team Management,Budgeting,Leadership Experience,Mentoring,Public Speaking,negotiation,Supervising Experience Employment Type : Part-Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1 Monthly Salary Salary: 18 - 23
