Training assignments will include providing instruction and developing training curriculum for both hardware and software products and solutions. This position is on-site at our Global Headquarters in Shakopee MN.Responsibilities:Technical Training Course Development Key Actions/Activities 75%Perform audience needs analysis to design and develop effective and appropriate course curriculum that meets user and field service requirements within the given product release scheduleResearch product information from subject matter experts (engineering service manufacturing etc.) and hands-on learning to develop training materials for operators administrator and maintenance coursesTechnical Training Course Delivery Key Actions/Activities 25%Conduct training classes utilizing approved training curriculum and department policies and proceduresInstruct participants using an appropriate mix of media and methods including but not limited to classroom presentations skill practice activities web-conferencing and multimedia self-studyConduct follow up evaluations to determine effectiveness of course materials and deliveryQualifications:Basic QualificationsAssociates degree in technical disciplineand/or equivalent education and minimum of 3 years of relevant experience1 or more years of experience developing and delivering technical training coursesProficiency with application tools such as PowerPoint Word Articulate SolidWorks Creative Cloud etc.1 or more years of experience interfacing with internal and external customers and managing projectsStrong understanding of software principles and techniquesMust possess excellent communication teamwork and organizational skillsAbility to travel with some international travel requiredMust have unrestricted work authorization for USPreferred QualificationsBachelors degree in education computer science or related fieldExperience/knowledge of card personalization industryExperience supporting Entrust products and solutionsMultimedia training development experienceMulti-lingual capabilityAbout Entrust:Our growing company relies on curious dedicated and innovative colleagues to anticipate the future and provide solutions for a more connected mobile and secure world. Actual compensation will be determined based on geographic location education skills and experience.
