As an Account Manager, you will be an integral part of the Customer Relations Department, supporting the Sales and Client Success teams. What's the Job?

• Build and maintain strong relationships with semiconductor clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
• Identify opportunities for account growth and collaborate with internal teams to meet client needs
• Provide timely and effective solutions to client inquiries and issues
• Develop strategic account plans to achieve business objectives
• Monitor account performance metrics and prepare reports for management review

• Proven experience in account management or a related client-facing role
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities

• Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
