You will work across the full stack help replace and modernize legacy functionality and guide enterprise customers through emerging technologies and data-driven solutions. You should bring both consulting discipline and hands-on technical strength. You should also be comfortable leading client conversations anticipating risks and keeping delivery moving in the right direction.This is a role for someone who takes pride in their craft builds trust quickly and treats every project like it matters.What You Will DoClient Solution DeliveryTranslate business needs into clear technical requirements across full-stack environmentsSupport modernization efforts including replacing and improving legacy systemsWork across data integration cloud and application layers to shape workable solutionsPartner with project managers architects and engineers to execute against planIdentify risks early offer practical options and help clients make informed decisionsLook for improvement opportunities in delivery tooling documentation and processWhat You NeedConsulting and Delivery Experience2 years in management consulting ideally supporting Fortune 500 clients3 years as a Business Analyst or2 years as a Project Manager or similar roleHands-on experience managing small to large projects across business and technical teamsStrong client-facing communication skills written and verbalProven experience facilitating workshops clarifying requirements and driving decisionsExperience managing a project portfolio and using a PPM tool for visibility and reportingTechnical StrengthComfortable analyzing and communicating across the full stackWorking understanding of databases file structures scripting APIs integration tools BI tools and cloud platformsAbility to break down technical problems and connect them to business outcomesExperience with system replacement modernization efforts and data-driven transformationsUnderstanding of statistical and analytical modelingTools and MethodologiesProficient in Office 365 (Teams Excel PowerPoint Visio Project Outlook SharePoint OneNote)Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall lifecyclesMicrosoft certifications and Agile certifications strongly preferred but not neededUnderstanding of modern software development practices including Agile ScrumCore CompetenciesAnalytical thinking problem solving communication teamwork dependability innovation motivation and a clear commitment to quality.
